Responsibilities
:
- I independently completed a case study for a Pre-IPO project concerning all relevant documents for a virtually listed company. Additionally, I completed independent agent entry training in the investment banking department, which included self-study of four past training cases from 2018 to 2022.
- I assisted in drafting the financial analysis report for Gemdale Corporation based on their financial statements from 2019 to 2020.
- I contributed to the creation of a REITS analysis report for CICC-Global Logistic Properties; this involved researching and analyzing the current status of the Chinese logistics market and speculating on its future prospects to support the finalization of the REITS report in August 2022.
- I was involved in finalizing strategies for mergers and acquisitions for Daqian Ecology and Landscape Co., Ltd. My role included investigating their annual financial reports from 2018 to 2022 to ensure a well-informed approach.
