From the beginning of February in 2020, my family went for a trip in Northern Europe, Norway and Finland for 12 days.
It was freezing to wait in the forest, on the mountain and near the seaside for the aurora borealis for continuous four days. Every day we waited outside for about four hours just for waiting for it.
Small tips: The appear of aurora borealis is related with the activity of sunspot, and cameras are more sensitive to catch those activities compared with humans’ eyes. So, actually it is always more clear to see it in the camera than see it with our eyes directly. It seems to be opposite to our normal opinions as we think it is “always” clear to see something directly instead of photos.
